(UW Schools will receive a special memo regarding 06/07 vouchering!)

NO VOUCHERING PENNIES IN 0607
Beginning with the first 0607 voucher we will no longer allow vouchering for cents (pennies, less than a dollar, coins, silver, etc.) If your grant is more than a dollar amount you should round down in the first semester and round up in the second.

Eligibility corrections and file maintenance will be accepted until September 1, 2006 for those students who appeared on the notification list prior to April 19.

There are a few schools still receiving the FLAT NOTIFICATION FILE. Please be aware that we will no longer produce that file after December 1, 2006.

Next HEAB Training Date: July 20, 2006

HEAB conducts one-day training programs for new and continuing financial aid administrators. The training session covers all aspects of the programs administered by HEAB, including:

The program begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends no later than 3:00 p.m. It is held at the HEAB offices at 131 W. Wilson St, Suite 902, Madison, WI. We have room for up to 6 people at each session. Please let us know if you are coming to training as materials are printed based on the number of people attending.
