Please note that there are now two versions of the notification list being distributed each week. You are receiving the list in the current, familiar format. You are also receiving the list in the new format using the following naming convention:
Notif_###_89_20090106.TXT with ### being your 3 digit HEAB school number.
You will continue to receive both versions of this list containing 0809 information until the final 0809 list is distributed.
However, the 0910 NOTIFICATION LIST which HEAB will being processing in April will be available in the NEW FORMAT ONLY! so it is critical that your systems be ready to accept the new lists when we start processing 0910 in April. Barb Moermond has provided descriptions of the layout to all of the offices, however, do not hesitate to contact her at barbara.moermond@wi.gov if you need another copy.
Randy McCready, UW-Parkside has offered to share their programming for those of you with PeopleSoft. UW-Parkside helped test the new list and I am grateful to Randy and his staff that they agreed to be a resource for other institutions.
