Refunds

Please be sure to get your refunds processed immediately! This is the 2nd year of the biennium and refunds processed late in the year will be remitted to the State General Purpose Revenue and will be lost to students. Please note that refund information goes to HEABmail [at] wisconsin.gov.

Disbursement codes for Covenant

The new disbursement code for the WI COVENANT FOUNDATION GRANT is 78; and for the WI COVENANT GRANT is 79. We are planning on having a Covenant interest session at the Spring WASFAA conference.
